My sister sent me a postcard from Ireland. This was the stamp. It's pretty enough for a pillow, don't you think?

One day I want to send a postcard from Ireland. Definitely on my Wish List. 
But in the meantime, I'll whip up some Irish Mashed Potatoes (with cabbage) and our family's version of this Irish Trifle. Yum!
